Introduction: PE/PEX Jaw crusher is widely used to crush various mineral and rocky stones(compressive strength no more than 320Mpa) in mineral, metallurgy, building etc industries.
Jaw plates adopt high manganese steel Mn13, wear resistant and long lifetime;
Machine body and jaw head adopt pouring and forming only one time, non deformation and non-corrugated.
Composition:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed by frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, side guard board, elbow plate & its backset, adjustable gap screw, return spring, fixed and movable jaw plate etc, the elbow plate has insurance effect.
Working principle:
Jaw crusher takes motor as a driving force, V-belt and groove wheel drive eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion on predetermined tracks. Materials is broken in crushing chamber by fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side guard board, and the finish product is discharged through the bottom discharging outlet.
